Library

Congregation Agudat Achim library, located to the right of the small Chapel, is currently in a revitalization process as we strive to bring it into the 21st century. The library offers periodicals, a reference collection, and a circulating collection of Judaica books ranging from Jewish cooking to Jewish history. The library, open when the synagogue is open, serves our adult members, and parents may bring their children to use the Shabbat shelf during Shabbat services. To check out a book take the blue card out of the back of the book, and write your name and phone number on it. Place that card in the check out box located on top of the card catalog. Books cannot be checked out on Shabbat, or Chagim. The library uses the Library of Congress classification system. The library has a Library Fund used for new materials, and supplies.
